By purchasing credits or subscriptions, you gain immediate access to our platform
and the ability to generate AI-powered stories.
Refunds are available only in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges;
- A technical failure where no generation or attempt of generation has been delivered.
Important: Once a generation request has been started/processed (even partially), the digital service is considered delivered and no refund will be issued.
This policy is in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m),
which exempts digital content from the standard right of withdrawal once performance has begun with the consumer’s consent.

within 7 days of your transaction. We will review your request promptly.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method as per the payment processor
within 5–14 business days.
